HR Advisor (Spanish)

As an HR Advisor, you will join the “MyHR” Advisory Team within the Advice & Guidance Service Tower of our GBS HR Services function. In this role, you will play a key part in making AstraZeneca a great place to work by supporting employees to be their best. You'll manage HR-related queries, enabling our people to focus fully on their unique contributions to the company.

Accountabilities:

  • Resolving HR queriesin respect to internal processes and policies, such as Payroll, Flexible Work, Compensation, Benefits, Leaves, Absences, Employee information, Time record, etc.

  • Engaging with relevant stakeholders to ensure a close relationship and fruitful communication.

  • Delivering HR advisory service for employeesto understand and applyHR policies compliantly.

  • Promoting a Continuous Improvement mindset, participating in projects to constantly assess and improve the way we work, always looking for better ways of delivering our service. 

  • Strengthening our knowledge base, giving a closer look of our internal content to reflect an accurate, accessible and digestible information for any employees reaching out to it. 

  • Embracing technology as one of our main partners in the evolution of our service to support AstraZeneca’s bold ambition. 

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Spanish and English fluencyto unlock real connections across a vibrant, multicultural environment.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • HR background or prior experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft tools.
